* Scanners S-1800 and wider require connection of 2 basic units to the scanner.

Prior to inspection, the scanner is attached to the steel frame by means of suspension system in the manner, that the air gap between the scanner and belt surface, depending on the number and diameter of steel cords, is from 10 to 20 mm. Scanners from S-800 to S-1600 operate with 1 basic unit. Scanners from S-1800 to S-3000 require simultaneous connection of 2 basic units.

To select right size of the scanner INTROCON, consider the width of the conveyor belt. Below table shows relevance between belt width and size of the scanner and the weight of the scanner.

The software Wintrocon is developed to download and analyze inspection data from basic unit INTROCON to computer. Wintrocon operates under Microsoft Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7/8.1.

Software Wintrocon RTV

The software Wintrocon RTV (Real-Time-View) developed for on-line screening of traces on the screen of computer with simultaneous saving into data logger. The software Wintrocon RTV operates under Microsoft Windows XP (SP2, SP3)/Vista/7.
