All line of Intron products and services conform standards and norms accepted in the company. In 2004 the company implemented ISO 9001 quality standards which cover the whole company's activity starting from development of the product till its delivery to the customer and maintenance during all life time. Intron warrants the quality of every product delivered to the customer. Every malfunction arise out of manufacturer during warranty period is subject of free repair. Intron also suggest to the customers to update delivered products as soon as the products are improved in the company. Software updating is free for the customers. It is also possible for the customers to exchange the used product for a new one. This option is individually discussed between the company and the customer.

As our NDT instruments designed for measurement we require that these instruments have been periodically checked for measuring accuracy. It is first done when the instrument is manufactured. Checking the accuracy is necessary with maximum time interval not more than 2 years or in case of suspected malfunction. Please contact us for this service.
